What To Expect In Your Free Week
In your free week trial, you will join in the regular classes with all of our current members...BUT don't worry, we start every day with a brief that details the workout, we demonstrate every movement and the scaling options to suit anyone, regardless of current fitness level.
Every class we have a beginner workout which is a scaled version of the regular class workout to suit you if you are a beginner or may not have exercised in a while. Remember you don't have to be fit to start, but you have to start to be fit.
Our friendly and experienced trainers are with you every step of the way to ensure you move safely and don't bite off more than you can chew, so you love every session and are left wanting to come back every day.

The Foundations Course teaches you all of the most common movements we use and how to get the most out of your training, the absolute best way to start for beginners!
