CrossFit classes produce exceptional results by effectively combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and met con (cardio) modalities into a varied and well constructed workout. Our classes are universally scalable – meaning the classes are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or level of fitness. Sessions focus on technique and then intensity to ensure a safe and fun fitness that increases strength, power, endurance, agility, balance, coordination, stamina, speed accuracy and flexibility.
