Fun, friendly fitness for 5-7 (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) and 8-13 (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) Years old.
Ideal for future legends, kids classes focus on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs. These classes are a lot more fun than school!
