Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one, two or three close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their skills and fitness to the next level.

NT's FITTEST - COMPETITION SERIES

Ready For The Challenge?

The NT’s Fittest Competition Series runs throughout the year. Individual, Partners, Teams and Weightlifting. We have all of your competitions right here at CrossFit Abode in Masters, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced categories.

The event dates will be released 8 weeks prior to competition, but the event calendar looks something like this: Team Series – April, Individual Series – June, Partner Series – August, Weightlifting Series – October.

Want to come along and spectate, it is free and guaranteed to be an amazing spectator event, spectators can even join in our spectator events for a share in the prizes.

CROSSFIT ABODE KIDS CLASSES

5-13 Year Olds

Fun, friendly fitness for 5-13 Year Olds on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:20pm and Saturday at 10:00am.
Ideal for future legends, kids classes focus on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs. These classes are a lot more fun than school!

Nutrition and Fitness Coaching

Join our support group.
Set goals and stay accountable with our Healthy Habits Challenge, a group wellness program held over a six week period. We’ll give you all the motivation, information and inspiration you need to improve your health and fitness. We run two challenges a year in February and August. Comp WOD, Mobility and Technique

Catch up on what you have missed.
If you haven’t made it to a class, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track. Available with all of your Unlimited Memberships. 

COMP WOD

Grow and Steady

Build your skills.
Comp WOD is an additional program to help improve your fitness and work your weaknesses. This is included in our CrossFit Abode unlimited memberships.

WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Get Lifting

Throw your weight around.
Train like an Olympian at our weights-only Oly-lifting classes. Learn how to reduce injury and optimise your weight-lifting technique for faster results. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you go from ‘so-so’ to ‘super strong’ when you stick with these sessions.
