Test Your Fitness in our Fun and Inclusive Competitions

The NT's Fittest Competition Series runs throughout the dry season.
NT's Fittest Partners, NT's Individual and NT's Fittest Team.
 We also offer categories, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Masters at most of our competitions so anyone can do it and have fun! You don't need any CrossFit experience, just some basic understanding of functional movements and select the most appropriate category!

NT's Fittest Partners

NT's Fittest Partners Competition will be held on 14th May 2022 at CrossFit Abode South. 

This is a chance to test your fitness, set yourself goals and give your training purpose and motivation...

The NT's Fittest Partners is a fitness competition that ANYONE can do, this year we will offer Male/Male, Female/Female and Female/Male Teams in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced categories, so any one can do it! Limited to 9 teams per category.

NT's Fittest Individual

NT's Fittest Individual Competition will be held on Saturday 30th July 2022.

This is just you against you, a chance to put all of your hard work in training to the test in a fun competition. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters and Teens! Anyone can do it!

NT's Fittest Team - Our Biggest and Most Inclusive Competition Yet!

NT's Fittest Team Competition will be held on Saturday 1st October 2022. We can't wait to share what we have in store for YOU!
This will be our biggest, most fun and inclusive competition yet! With heaps of prizes, give aways, spectator competitions and educational seminars, this will be a weekend festival of fitness.
The NT's Fittest Team is a fitness competition that ANYONE can do, this year we will have Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Masters Teams, so anyone can do it! Start to get your team together NOW, 2 Males and 2 Females.

Want to volunteer to help out at one of our events?

Being a volunteer at the NT's fittest is fun and rewarding, and you get the best seat in the house!

You will be rewarded for your help with an event t-shirt, a volunteer showboat and all meals and beverages provided.

If you'd like to be a judge at one of your events, you need to have completed the CrossFit Judges Course, details can be found here; CrossFit Judges Course You will be reimbursed on completion of the course AND  you are selected as a judge at any of our competitions.

Beginner Category

This category is for anyone! You don't need any CrossFit experience, it's just for you to have fun and be introduced to NT's Fittest in a relaxed, no pressure environment.

You must be classed as a beginner, the basic requirements would be'

30kg (20kg) Snatch or Clean & Jerk

50kg (35kg) Deadlift

Ring Rows, Kneeling Push-ups, 20" (12") Box Jumps

Run...it doesn't have to be fast!

Have fun in this category, but if that sounds easy, look at the next one.

Intermediate Category

This category is for those that have some CrossFit experience (or functional fitness experience) and is a little competitive, but still just there to have fun and test yourself.

You must be classed as intermediate, the basic requirements would be;

40kg (30kg) Snatch or Clean & Jerk

70kg (50kg) Deadlift

Pull-ups, Push-ups, 24" (20") Box Jumps

Run and Double Unders

You would not be able to do things such as Strict Handstand Push-ups, Muscle-ups or other advanced movements.

Advanced Category

This category is for experienced CrossFitters, it is competitive, but always in a fun and friendly way :) If you want a challenge, this is for you.

You must be classed as advanced, the basic requirements in a workout would be;

60kg (40kg) Snatch or Clean and Jerk

100kg (70kg deadlift)

Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-ups and maybe even a Muscle-up or two... 

Double Unders, Pistols, Rope Climbs.

This category is exciting and challenging!

Team Series

Teams of four, two females and two males. This year we have some exciting announcements to make!

Individual Series

An opportunity to test your fitness, it's you against you. Challenge yourself, and have fun in our individual competition.

Partner Series

Mixed Pairs, same sex pairs in multiple categories, so you can find the perfect partner!
