Our Beginners’ program is designed to ensure the safety and success of our new members. At Crossfit Abode, we know that every person’s fitness journey is different, and we’re here to help.

High Speed WiFi Lounge

A comfortable air conditioned, reception area with lounge and WiFi is available to all members and guests during open hours so you’re never disconnected! Sit back and enjoy post-workout free time, or settle in after work before you hit your WOD (workout of the day).

CrossFit Abode Competition Series

At CrossFit Abode we believe that you work hard for your fitness, so why not put it to the test in a fun, challenging and rewarding competition as an individual, partner or team, we cater for all fitness levels.

Comp WOD Training

We also offer a comprehensive Competition program included as part of our memberships. Comp WOD, Gymnastics WOD, Weightlifting WOD and Met Con WOD, we tailor a program for you to work on the area of fitness you want!

CrossFit Kids

We also have CrossFit Kids! Ages 5-7 (Monday and Wednesday 3:20pm and Saturday 10:40am) AND 8-13 (Tuesday and Thursday 3:20pm and Saturday 10:40am). Book them in for a free trial, email [email protected].

Free Child-minding

Reclaim your fitness. You’re happiest when you’re fit and healthy so don’t let parenthood hold you back from achieving your wellness goals. Our child-minding service looks after children and babies while you work out at all of our 9:30am classes.
